Program Overview
The Department of Baking & Pastry aims to develop well-rounded professionals who possess character, knowledge, and skills necessary to lead the baking and pastry industry.
We offer specialized training labs and an optimal lecture system. To enhance learning capabilities and creativity in the field, we operate self-study rooms and major-focused student clubs.
To improve job readiness and adaptability in real workplaces, we provide an intensive hands-on curriculum guided by experienced Korean and international faculty with rich field experience.
